Machining Quality Assurance
We achieved registration to ISO 9001-2000 standards and requirements
in November of 2002.
 The
World Class Manufacturing Group Inc may is very proficient in preparing
production part approval process (PPAP) documents such as; control
plans, gage R&R studies, process capability studies, failure
mode & effects (FMEA), preparing sample layout reports (ISIR,
and completing the rest of 19 element used in the production part
approval process (PPAP).
Our quality department is proficient in implementing and interpreting
Statistical Process Control (SPC). We have a number of Gage Talker
SPC station with real time gage measurements. This allow use to
inspect major characteristics 100% along with the ability trends
and capability indexes.
 The
World Class Manufacturing Group Inc. has 2 Brown & Sharpe Coordinate
Measuring Machines. The first machine is Global 1 574 with a scanning
probe, P.C. Demis software and DCC controlled. The 2nd machine
is a Brown & Sharpe 7-10-7 Coordinate Measuring Machines with
a measuring cube of 25”x39”x25”. The CMM has
Micromeasure IV and PC Demis software. Both CMM have Datapage SPC
software.
 The
World Class Manufacturing Group Inc. has a Detronics comparitor
with edge detector.
The World Class Manufacturing Group Inc. has a large variety of
over 4000 active hand held gages, such as air gages, plug gages,
pin gages, height gages, mics, calipers, Fedial bore gages, indicators
and many other types of gages.
